  4. I will be the ref for most matches unless people sign up
  5. To qualify you have to be a chatter in #osu that I know
  6. 16 players, double elimination, seeded by rank
  7. Best of 9 but final round is best of 13
  8. Score V2
  9. No fail is required for all maps
  10. Players schedule their own matches and dm me time utc
  11. Failure to schedule leads to disqualification
  12. Dont get silenced or banned
  13. Your bragging rights don't start until after it's over.
