  1. The tournament is on osu! stable!!
  2. Basically common sense
  3. This tournament is very informal
  4. I will be the ref for most matches unless people sign up
  5. To qualify you have to be a chatter in #osu that I know
  6. 16 players, double elimination, seeded by rank
  7. Score V2
  8. No fail is required for all maps
  9. Players schedule their own matches and dm me time utc
  10. Failure to schedule leads to disqualification
  11. Dont get silenced or banned
  12. Your bragging rights don't start until after it's over.
  13. Also, ozbert gets debuffed
